Dr. Emmanuel Abolaji is a dedicated and compassionate healthcare professional who holds an honorary doctorate degree in Entrepreneurship and a Fellowship of the Institute of Arts Management Professionals. Additionally, he has a Bachelors Degree in Geology, and a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People.
He demonstrates strong leadership in delivering person-centred care within health and social care settings. He is skilled in supporting individuals with complex needs, including those living with dementia, mental illnesses, autism, learning disabilities and other neurodivergence, this he does by promoting dignity, independence, and high
standards of wellbeing.
Emmanuel possesses in-depth knowledge of safeguarding, care planning, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with the ability to lead teams effectively and support continuous improvement in care quality. He is experienced in mentoring staff, delivering training, and championing best practice in dementia care as the dementia
champion for Elixonn Healthcare Ltd, ensuring services remain responsive, safe, and compassionate.
As the Director and Care Quality Commission(CQC) registered provider for Elixonn Healthcare Ltd, Emmanuel is a proactive and empathetic professional with excellent communication and organisational skills, who is committed to improving outcomes for service users, supporting families, and contributing to a positive, collaborative care environment. He leads the team in maintaining professionalism while upholding the values of respect, inclusion, and person-centred support.
Emmanuel’s hobbies include playing chess, swimming, and watching football.
