Gloria Oyakhire is a results-driven HR/Operations Administrator with a strong academic and professional background in Business Administration. She holds a degree in Business Administration and is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Administration, as well as a Graduate Member of the Nigerian Institute of Management. Additionally, she holds a PG.Dip in Public Health and Human Resource Management. With a deep passion for Corporate Administration, Gloria is known for her meticulous, approach, consistency, and commitment to excellence. She continuously seeks to evolve within her field, leveraging her expertise to deliver high-quality administrative and operational support within the Corporate and Healthcare sectors.

As the Group HR and Administrative Executive at Elixonn Healthcare, Gloria plays a critical role in supporting Executive leadership and driving organizational efficiency and reducing administrative turnaround time (TAT) by 90%. Through her leadership and structured approach, she has significantly strengthened trust in Elixonn Group’s capabilities and enhanced the Organization’s market positioning.

Gloria’s mission is to continually advance in the field of Corporate Services by delivering structured systems, efficient workflows, and operational excellence that enable consistent service delivery and improved business performance—particularly in the Healthcare sector.

Outside of her professional responsibilities, Gloria enjoys travelling, volunteering, and plane spotting, reflecting her curiosity, discipline, and appreciation for structure and precision.
